At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wall panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused panels back into their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
